Our Story

As I began my quest to improve my communication skills and build better relationships with those I loved and worked with closely, I was introduced to a fascinating and very practical approach that changed my personal and professional life. The information gained from understanding personality styles and behavior traits through the DISC Model of Human Behavior played a significant role in strengthening my relationships by reducing conflict and building trust. The beauty of these concepts is they meet the needs of average people with information that most individuals can understand quickly, apply readily and communicate to others. The health related web-based courses offered through Health Coach University became the perfect complement to my personal development. My ongoing course participation has contributed to the marked improvement in my health, vitality and happiness.

By engaging in our programs actively and with a commitment to change, you will be well-equipped and on the road to transform your life.
